The truth

Truth makes you free. This is an old saying but it is relevant today. If you have something which stays hidden you will always be bothered and you will always seek ways to hide it if it not the truth. Truth makes you free that is just not a saying but it is a way of life. You will always be in the shadows if you have to hide the truth. A woman told me once she is cheating on her husband and he is a good soul, but when it comes to sex he is very cold and she needs sex in her life. She ask my advice what to do. There is only one way tell him the truth and it is for him to decide whether he accepts it or not. If he does not want to accept it and he wants a divorce she has to prepare for that. She cannot hide the truth indefinite because he will find it out sooner or later and then it could be ugly. She took my advice and she told her husband and they were divorced. She can rather live with that pain than an ugly divorced. What are you hiding or do you live a clean life.       

 As part of my business i want to establish an E book store where people can buy any E book they desire or where they can read any topic that is in E book format. Now to establish this I have to establish whether their is a market for it. Please give me feedback whether you will make use of the E book store and whether it will be feasible.   

 We have a new top six in the ANC. Cyril has found his position is much strengthen and he has less opposition in the top six. He can make his move now or will he remain the talker and nothing happens. De Ruiter has resigned because he saw that trying to fix Escom without the governments help is useless. Behki Cele gave him just a new hat and he is satisfied but he does noting to get the police right.

Out of the ANC there are voices for the death penalty to come back. It is a crime of treason stealing form Escom or damage its infra structure. In the old days the death penalty suffice but these days you get a slap on the wrist and after a few months you do the same. It is the same with people who drove our Rinosters to distinction because it is a national issue. Our government are freedom fighters and know noting how to run a country. Tito has told the government to sell Escom, the railways, the airways and Denell to private entrepreneurs but if doing so the corrupt people have no cows to milk so they did not sell it. Today we know what has happen to these enterprises. 

I am too old to immigrate but if I had the choice I would do so. The ANC nor any other group of freedom fighters know business let alone running enterprises. All over the world the freedom fighters make a bugger with private issues. They are no business men but we must remember where will the milking cows come from. The old Rhodesia at present Zimbabwe ran into the same difficulty. Mogabi made sure of that and his present stooge follow soot.

 POSITION OF POWER DRIVING SOUTH AFRICA OVER THE EDGE.

Cyril is the president but he to take part in the scandals which plague South Africa. If the president set the tone and the rest of the fraudulent group follow him then our country is in big trouble. He promised to clean up corruption now he becomes the face of it. 

What can we expect from a country which is led by a corrupt president and his party represents lack of leaders and a similar trend to corrupt everything they can lay their hands on. 

 

PROMISES

 What makes our present government the laughing stock of the day are the promises they make. Cyril promised he will see that is tackled and if possible eradicated. What has happened to that. The economy will be revived what has happened to that. Security will be tackled and he still persists with a lame duke Bheki Cele. What a circus has our government become.

 HAPPY

When did you last looked in the mirror and asked the question how happy am i in my work, my social circumstances and in myself. When I look at the stats it tells me that 75% of people do not do this and they are unhappy personalities in all swears  of life but they rather accept the status quo then try to change their circumstances. Passion and happiness go hand in hand. I saw stats of students at varsity who start with qualifying themselves for one direction but when they start to work they chose something that is totally divorced from they studied. They did their studies because of their parents, or other family members but they were not really interested. Their passion is something else. Talking to some of the most successful people in the world and some of them became bankrupt a few times before they start to follow their passion.

Do not make the same mistake and waste valuable time before you follow your passion. Money is not everything but happiness is.

 

Relationships

It does not matter in which relationship you are the most important thing is to find common ground. To many young people believe if you love one another you are ok. This is the biggest mistake one can make. Love is an emotion and can leave you blind to reality. The lady beautifully built, looks beautiful exits you but the moment you are married you find out she is the most sloppy person you can meet. You yourself is very nest and everything has a place and you like order in your life.

From a woman perspective she meets a very handsome guy well built and who has the ability to sweep her off her feet. Once married she founds out he has a temper and does not allow her to be herself. Then love cannot make good what is reality. Talk to one another and find common ground of at least 70% and if not do not let love make you blind for reality. Communication is the best way to find out and reality cannot trump that. Look at the following and try again.

 To do exercises is monotonous if you do not do it with a friend/friends but it is a necessity for you shape and health. Who do not want to look good in the eyes of the world but that is a side effect if you look at what it is doing for your body. I live in gyms until I was 60 years of age now I am much older the spinoff of those early years start to pay off. However you can never stop if you want to be relatively mobile. I therefore look at program-mes you can follow to keep you relatively fit and mobile.

HEALTH

Are you interested to be healty at the age of 78 or is it not your concern. When you get older you realise that if you gave more attention to your health when you were younger you would not have all the old age symtems of achs and pains. When you are young you belief you are strong and will outlive everything in life. But when you get older you realise that you are only a player on life stage and that your time is up. Think of being dependent on your wife and even worst your children to wipe youre backside. What is worst is to dependent on someone else to do the necessary for you. You can avoid that by looking after your health at a young age and carry that into your old age. To plan for your health in future is as important as planning for your finacial status when you are old. The young ones however think it is not necessary because the world belongs to them. When they realise that they belong to the world it is too late and then they have to endure the humaliation of someoneelse looking after them. Life is a stage and we only play our part and when our part is finished we fade away as never existed. Prolong that period by looking after your body and health as long as you can and let no one look after you when you are old a vunerable. Talk to the old people in old age homes and retirement villages and they will tell you tahe the truth. Old age is not for sissies prepare and plan for it

 Health and fitness

Now that i became 78 years of age i realized what benefit for my body and brain derived for being at the gym all these years. If you look after your body and diet while you are young and go through your middle ages without given up you will receive the rewards when you become old. Good mind and body functions are a given but if you do not look after them it can become a burden when you are older. When you are young the world belongs to you but the older you get the realization start to become reality you belong to the world and not the other way round. We are playing on the world stage as actors and when your act is done you become no body. However if you look after yourself you can play a longer role than the average man. I saw an article of a woman 95 years old but as fit as a fiddle and a body which makes the young ones envy her. However she looked at her body from age 16 and never gave up. I know of a Japanese man 108 years old and has a body of a forty year old man. It all depends are you planning for your body at an early stage or you let go and pay the consequences later on.

MOVING

I recently move town and house at the age most of us dread moving. I must say it is not only a slept but it unearth you mentally and physically. If you move because you want to and see that as an adventure then it is mentally stressful but you look forward to it. When you stay in a comfortable house and the circumstances are ideal and if not then it is a nightmare. I had to move from a complex to a house and typically me who wants everything perfect i worked my body to a standstill. I received for a reward my legs starting to pain my hands call it the day and i feel if a train has hit me. Slowly but surely I overcome the circumstances and my body tells me I am on the right track. My wife being very conservative and likes her routine had it very bad until the house of my daughter became her dream house. Now she is as happy as a pig in the mud. I am glad she has adapt to her circumstances that well because me the adventures type can fit in anywhere. If you do not plan for your old age you will be sorry but when you are young the old age seems to be a distance away. I have trained people to prepare for retirement especially if you are not financially well off. Old age and retirement are not for the faint of heart. Be aware if you do not plan for it what seems to be a distance away will catch you unawares. To look in other peoples eyes is a mental block which has caused many peoples downfall. To be the breadwinner and suddenly you are dependent on others to survive then a few people has lost it and did not survive. 

Take note prepare for your retirement because if you stop working only your pension matters. If you are not financially well off you are doomed to live a life of a poor person. The son comes up and the sun goes down and you wish the monotony will end. It is the worst you can experience. To wish the days will go by so that you can go to sleep.  THOUGHT OF THE DAY

Life is one of the most unpredictable things there exists because you never know what is going to happen next. A friend of mine arrange a braai one knight and he was as fit as a fiddle. During the braai he said that he is going to the toilet. When he did not return after a while his wife went to look for him just to find him in the bedroom dead after he had an heart attack, He was in his fifties. Life is like a stage you perform on. When your time is up you vanish from the stage and no one see you anymore.

 

 POLITICS

 

 South Africa is one of the most controversial countries in the world. Not only is our corruption and state capture the laughing stock of the day but the ruling party namely the ANC is loosing its grip on reality and within its ranks which makes the country one of the most volatile countries in the world. The police service has collapsed and so are the law system. The economy has collapsed and the ANC stays in the courts where it is challenged every day. Zuma the architect of state capture and corruption is showing the courts the middle finger and because the system has collapsed he laughs at them. The Zondo commission cost the country billions and his report remains another waste of money effort which makes a mockery of the judicial system. Cyril the president has become a lame duck because the ANC is ruling and made him a figure head. To rap it all up most of the countries people are uneducated and the headman system of ruling them takes preference and while the headman benefits from the ANC the country is slipping back into the dark ages. For a hungry person a hamburger and a blanket means more than accepting the truth. If i get something to eat and a blanket to cover the body my soul belongs to the first man who provides that. The other parties with democratic ideas do not understand the culture and the people of South Africa. They believe if you preach democratic principles the people would listen. The majority of people in the rule areas know only the principle of the headman ruling and whatever he says is law. The enlightened people is still in the minority that is what makes the ANC strong. Ten years from now the enlightened group will be strong enough to challenge any election and then the ANC will lose its grip on power. By that time we will be in the situation where everything will be destroyed. We will have a dysfunctional government and municipalities and the country will be bankrupt and the rule of law will be run by a dictator. Zimbabwe is a typical example of what South Africa will look like. I predict this because I have lived in a democratic country and now i see and experience the signs of what is going to come. Communism ruled for decades, was defeated and is now rising in Russia again with Putin on the helm. He is just a modern dictator under the cloak of so called democratic principals. 

Our petrol price with all its levies attached to it becomes the most expensive in the world. Our corruption which Cyril vowed to destroyed has increased, give Mbeki the police minister a new hat and he is satisfied but under his control the police force is falling apart. So i can go on and on which the normal South African accepted as the inevitable. Like apartheid and the Terblanche era the ANC rain will come and go but the destruction it causes will remain for decades to come.               

Coved hear to stay

It is time that we accept that covid  virus is here to stay. We have to adapt our life to become normal again under the covid epidemic. It was the same when we were struct with other deadly diseases until they found a vaccine to eradicate the problem but it takes time. Those who always give covid the reason for not performing you must stop using this excuase because then you have to use it for a long time. The problem with the human being is he always want to find an excuse for his problems instead of facing it head on. A few have the guts to acknowledge when he or she is wrong. Be man enough to deal what life is throwing at you. Some will say he does not know my problems that is why he can talk. Believe you me I have face the worst of the worst and should have lied down and never get up again. However the choice is ours whether we want to do the best what we are dealt with. Life is just a stage where we play our part and when we have done that we are gone and forgotten. While you play do it the best you can.   

 Humanity

If you want to sell you must be an expert in human sciences. The man or woman who knows how the satisfy a customers needs in his head, hearing and, viewing and feeling makes the best sales ever. You have to know a customers needs to understand what you can sell. To just offer a product makes no sense you have to get into his or her head to sell something. For a pennies on the dollar you can make a good sale or not. Just to offer a product does not fly. You have to satisfy a customer to get him to buy. That is to know the customers needs an act according lie. 

   

 LIFE IS JUST A STAGE WE PLAY ON 

 We are borne with a purpose. Some of us find that purpose but some of us just go through the motions. Life is a stage we appear on then when our purpose or act is completed then we vanish just a distant memory. Those who strive and reach their purpose become important players and leave a legacy which is long remembered. Do you enjoy life or is life a struggle to get by. Some of us become stage workers not even recognized for the hard work we put in. As a human being we like to get recognition for what we put in and if that does not come life becomes a struggle. For those who get the necessary recognition the stage becomes a platform to deliver their best. We the crowd applauded us then we get recognized and that is our purpose fulfilled.   

DO YOU KNOW YOURSELF

This is one of the questions we normally do not ask yourself. We believe people think we are alright and we believe we are important to others. Is this true or is it your opinion. Most of us when we look in the mirror and if we ask that question we really do not understand ourselves. How many individuals are there who question their own personality or their worth in society, family or to those nearest to them. How many people lose focus in their lives and when they cannot find a purpose start to query everything in life. I have people consulting me on a daily basis because tragedy comes over their path and they lose purpose of life. We must remember that life has its ups and downs. I have a major debate with these people who believes God will do everything for them and they will quote verses from the Bible to proof their argument. The most important thing we have you learn you are given the strengths, healthy body and mind and a will to decide for yourself. One has to use that and the strengths you are given from above to do the necessary. You cannot walk around with the idea everything will be done for you. To do that one must have a purpose to achieve. Once that purpose is gone your life become meaningless. Those who woke up in the morning without any purpose are doomed to question life and its meaning and therefore question their life's purpose. The moment you question yourself you lose your worth and your belief that you have a purpose. When one cannot look in the mirror and know who you are you do not know yourself. Remember we cannot be important in others eyes but if you know yourself and the importance to yourself you know yourself. On the stage it is not only the actors that are important but the staff who made the play possible individually are important to fulfill their role. When you start to question yourself

and the purpose you fulfill then you must see a specialist in the field to assist you to get purpose back. Without purpose life is meaningless and you therefor has no value.            

 HOW IMPORTANT ARE YOU AS A PERSON

Have you ever heard or experience a person who believe he or she is more important than his company or the environment around him these people we called arrogant people. He or she will always try to belittle you or let you know how important they are. If you are man enough to call their bluff they are insecure people in themselves. Once a person try to convince you of his her importance then you must be careful not to act out. When it comes to the proof of the pudding it lies in the eating. Normally just ignore them and do your thing. They will soon realize their bravado is not working. They will then seek another person to be impressed by them.

Unfortunately we also get the great personality who does not want you to know their importance and their valuable contribution they make. They just want to be ordinary and blend in with the crowed. These are the people we must admire and support in their endeavors. Life depends upon and needs them to make things going the right way. 

In my consultancy i got to do with both and it is sometimes very sad to see the difference in self confidence, self esteem and and importance of these characters. The arrogant person will tell you he does not need help and the other person will take all the assistance he or she can get because it makes them grater than they are already.

 TO LOVE YOURSELF IS TO BE HAPPY IN YOURSELF

 

 I have been contacted by viewers who asked me why are they always unhappy and have a negative attitude. Now here is the truth you cannot be happy outside if you are not happy inside. What makes you unhappy inside? If you look in the mirror and you see that person looking back at you try and find out why that person is unhappy and what makes him or her unhappy. You must be very honest with yourself. Lying to yourself will never solve a problem. Once you got that answer you must work on that to rectify your own problem. Remember every problem can be solved and to solve the problem you have identified is rectifying yourself and remember you have to be in love with the person in the mirror to ever try to be happy. Some people do all sorts of things to rectify the problem but if the problem is rectified you will start to love the person in the mirror. If not you have not resolve the problem. A problem is like cancer once there you have to use all your strength to fight it and rectify it otherwise you will be unhappy with yourself for the rest of your life.
