RELATIONSIP VALUE

IT  saddens me to onserve the poor knowledge and lack of integrity people have in good solid relationships. I have joined and organization recently and the representative of the organization spoke to me on the phone before I have met him. I said to my wife I believe this person is retarded because what I heard over the phone was not encouraging. I later met the person and surely he was not retarded but his actions were. I later had to write him a letter of which the contents were as follows;
You made certain promises you did not adhere to and because of your promises I made commitments that I could not adhere too and therefore you made me look like a fool and a yes man. Your communication does not exist and I have asked several information questions and you never respond. You want me to come and visit you without any reason and when I get there after an hour's drive you had nothing to say. I had to drove back another hour without any satisfaction. You told me to follow orders which I rejected because no one tells me to follow orders without and explanation. I had to contact the head office in America to tell them what has happened.
Now my question is how can a person be a representative of a world company and at like that. Unfortunately, many of us treat our relations with others in the same manner. There is no accountability, integrity, respect, and passion for what others mean to us. Some treat there husbands and wives and children the same way. In our love relations, we have similar relations namely I am the boss and you do as you are told. Relations are a twee way street and everyone has a say and a vote in any good relationship. However, because of our bad relations we are constantly arguing and attacking one another which creates more friction and bad relations. As a consultant helping people with their relations it saddens me to know there are so many people out there who suffer

because of bad relations and yet they will not admit it or seek assistance.
