BIG ORGNISATIONS

Big organizations senior people act like gods. They believe because they are on top of the chain and they can treat you as a member of the public with discontent. I had the experience today and although the person who engage with me has a lot to go through and reach the level I have reached he believes he can threaten me with what the big organization can deprive me of.  He had no clue how to deal with someone in a cordial way. His demeanor is borne out of his belief he possesses the power to do what he believes he can do and therefore earn himself the right to be rude and offensive. What he does not understand if I was a vindictive person I can go to his superiors and make him small in his attitude. One must always remember you got where you are at the mercy of others and that you have an individual no power. All your power comes from those who appointed you where you are and can take that away in one moment. When an individual believes he is bigger than he really is then it is time that he is removed and someone put in his place that knows his place. No one does not matter in which position he or she is can afford o become bigger than what they really are.

  Be humble, respect your fellow man and earn the respect which goes with that. This is the only way you yourself becomes a better and bigger person. Do not use your organization to give you clout, earn it and people will respect you for that. Do not treat others as beneath you but treat them as your equal and benefit from that. Never ever believe you are better than someone else because you might not know who you are dealing with.
