We are all getting older and one of the aspects which are catching up with us is our healthier lifestyle because our exercises become less and once we are on pension we battle to keep up with the exercises. It is therefore vital that we start to look at our diets to help us to stay healthier and lean. It is not necessary to develop a "boepie" because we are getting older. If you do moderate walking and you eat right your healthy body can maintain itself.
